Was not clear about customer is in charge of server with website builder. Issues with bizavjets.com

I have many domain, it put it in different contract, each contrat like a folder. I wish I open one folder can see all my domain, now I need to open 10 folder to see 10 domains.
I am more than 10 years customer, it never offer discount to old customers.

I ordered just a basic domain name, but Ionos included a 1&1 MyWebsite Personal - the service I never asked for never used. So I ended up with two different contracts - the second one was done without my request, consent or approval. I decided to do things in different ways and requested the cancellation of all of the services with you. Some been canceled the same day, but you kept one of the contracts active, continue invoicing me.
And now I'm getting emails from collectors? Nice done, guys! Carthaginem esse delendam. :)

I had several issues with my site that were very complicated to troubleshoot. I have never worked with somebody over the phone who was so good at explaining and showing me what I needed to do. Thank You Mylene Rosel Mabaga- you did an AMAZING job helping me. You were so detail-oriented and walked me through everything I needed to get done. My 5 star rating goes all to you because you absolutely deserve it!

The process to set everything up was super easy, and the introductory offer for 1 year is super cheap, so you can try and test for a whole year to decide if is the right tool for your need. Awesome service.

I've never seen anything like this.
I signed up with them, paid for the year, and then quickly realized I didn't need their service and canceled.
A year later, they are trying to charge me for a renewal and saying that my payment won't go through (I changed credit cards).
I didn't care because I had already canceled so it's good that the payment didn't come through. Until a month later when they threaten to start sending a debt collections agency on me for $15 for something I already canceled.
Any other company that charges you at the beginning of a service will understand that if you don't pay for the upcoming year, you don't want it.
These guys will instead assume you want it so bad that a debt collections agency needs to reach out to you.
I still don't know how to get rid of Ionos. It's become a nightmare.

IONOS is a terrible scamming company!! A week ago, I noticed my domains went down, so I tried logging into my account with IONOS, and it said my account was terminated. I contacted support to see what the issue was.
They informed me that they sent me an email regarding some ID verification (which I am fine with). Problem is that because IONOS has a low email rating. Their email went into my spam / junk folder. I never even saw this email, which was sent a month ago.
They terminated my account for no reason, and they only sent ONE email. No warnings, nothing. They also went as far as to cancel my domain name. I can't even transfer my domains out of this stinking registrar. They won't give me an auth code!! How ridiculous is this?? I have so far filed an abuse complaint with ICANN.
This is by far the worst service I have ever used!!!! Do you want to have one of the deepest sinking feeling of losing your loved domain names?? then by all means go ahead, otherwise STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
P.S All customer support is INCREDIBLY RUDE too. They have no affection for the troubles I am dealing with!
